Reporting content or an account
Every profile and every conversation can be reported from inside the app - the three dots on a card, on somebody's profile and at the top of a thread all open the same Report or block menu. Reports go straight to us and are the fastest route, because they arrive with the account and the conversation attached, which an email does not. Blocking somebody takes effect at once: the conversation ends, you disappear from each other, and they leave your deck.
If somebody is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services rather than us.
Deleting your account
Settings, then Delete account. It removes your sign-in, your profile, your photographs and your messages, immediately and permanently. If you cannot reach that screen, email us and we will do it.
